CompensationHourly base pay range: $14.75 per hour plus tips. Compensation reflects the candidate’s job‑related skills, experience, education, or training, and location.
Work ScheduleMonday‑Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm.

SummaryThe Guest Service Associate delivers exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner. Responsibilities include parking and retrieving vehicles, assisting with luggage, providing directions, handling travel inquiries, and ensuring a pleasant guest experience.
Essential Functions- Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, co‑workers, and clients; greet guests within five feet using a professional approach.
- Use appropriate salutations and Towne Park phone etiquette; stay on designated areas when not processing tasks.
- Park and retrieve vehicles safely and slowly; assist guests with bell services, luggage storage, and open vehicle and hotel doors as needed.
- Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and other inquiries; provide information about outlets, meeting rooms, and local attractions; deliver messages, items, or guest amenities upon request.
- Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; issue claim checks when vehicle keys are received and collect them before issuing keys; maintain accurate ticket information, including key tags, guest folio, vehicle location, damage survey, and claim check receipts.
- Calculate and collect revenue for vehicles when required.
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Licensure: Valid driver’s license for the state of employment or a commutable distance from that state.
- Work Experience: One month of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge: Principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
- Skills: Adept at reading and writing standard English; comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; compose simple correspondence; present information clearly in one‑on‑one or small group settings; basic arithmetic with American currency; understand 24‑hour and military time; understand applicable rates; operate manual transmission (highly desirable); perform parallel parking.
- Authority to Act: Job is routine; follows established practices, procedures, and frequent verification.
- Budget Responsibility: Control over resources available only.
Regular use of speech and hearing; prolonged sitting or standing; occasional lifting up to 100lbs, frequent lifting up to 50lbs, or constant lifting up to 20lbs; outdoor work in extreme heat and cold weather; travel up to 5% of the time.
