At Towne Park, the Lot Attendant is responsible for accurately collecting and reconciling revenue and parking reports while providing exceptional hospitality services in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner to all guests throughout their visit.
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Minimum 18 years of age, valid driver’s license, clean driving record.
- At least 1–3 months of related experience or training.
- Customer service experience and computer/register proficiency preferred.
- Manual transmission driving capability and parallel parking.
- Basic reading, writing, arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division within range).
- Ability to understand and communicate in standard English.
- Willingness to work outdoors and handle physical demands up to 50 lbs frequently.
Hourly base pay range: $16 per hour. Standard schedule: 8:30am–5:00pm full‑time, part‑time available.

Physical Demands & Working ConditionsThe role requires standing, walking, running, handling objects up to 100 lbs, climbing stairs and outdoor work in various weather conditions. Employees may need to travel up to 5% of the time.
