we are seeking a highly organized and experienced hands‑on housekeeping manager with a minimum of 3 years of housekeeping management experience to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting. This is a leadership role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage a team of housekeeping staff.

• develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure all areas of the facility are properly maintained
• recruit, train and supervise housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support as needed
• conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met
• coordinate with other departments to address any maintenance or repair needs
• manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels
• oversee floor care, including carpet cleaning, waxing, and polishing
• ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• handle guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping services
• step up and be hands‑on as needed

• proven experience in housekeeping management, with a minimum of 3 years in a hotel or hospitality setting
• knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment
• strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
• excellent organizational and time management skills
• ability to effectively communicate with staff at all levels
• knowledge of custodial procedures and best practices
• familiarity with hospitality industry standards and regulations
