Recommend and initiate disciplinary or other staffing actions in accordance with company rules and policies;
Manage the stewarding function in all kitchen areas to promote cleanliness and compliance with health regulations;
Control expenses in accordance with the established budget and participate in annual budget preparation;
Liaise with Purchasing Department and suppliers regarding stewarding needs
