Prioritize the day's work for the banquet housemen team and oversee accuracy of set-up according to Banquet Event Order;
Set up and break down tables, chairs, AV equipment, platforms/stages and other equipment as required;
Inspect cleanliness and working condition of all equipment; report damages to management;
Act as team leader during refreshes, flips and turns and coordinate with management;
Liaise between management and housemen to adjust for client changes and ensure timely room setups
