La Petite Maison Boston is looking for a Barback to keep our bar running at full speed.
You’ll support the bar team behind the scenes — prepping, organizing, and maintaining equipment so service never slows down. It’s a hands‑on role and a great way into the bar world at a premium hospitality brand.
What You'll Be Responsible ForMaintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
Organize morning mise‑en‑place and restock during service
Support the bar team as needed throughout service
Handle bar supplies and equipment with care
What We’re Looking ForMinimum 1 year in F&B (bar, sommelier, or food service background)
Physically capable of lifting heavy loads and bar supplies
Organized, fast, and a strong team player
Genuine interest in growing into a bar role
