Position: On-Site Svcs Spec   Hospitality

Shift: 8:30 AM To 5:30 PM (Mon to Fri)

Job Description:
This role will be especially focused on hospitality support. Daily responsibilities will consist of setting up/breaking down for meetings, beverage set-ups, keeping inventory, ordering supplies, cleaning refrigerators, stocking office supplies, etc. The second focus of this role will be back-up receptionist support. This person will provide coverage for the receptionist's lunch and vacation days. The hiring manager is looking for a candidate who is detail-oriented and able to provide "white glove" service.

Previous work in a hotel/restaurant setting is beneficial. Candidates submitted should be professional, people-oriented, and have strong customer service skills. They will be assisting attorney's on a regular basis.
