Guest Experience Advisor | Luxury Wellness & Memberships, Part Time, Boston

GENERAL OVERVIEW:

Remedy Place is the world's first social wellness club, redefining how people socialize through self-care. We believe feeling your best should be a shared experience, not a solitary one.

Our clubs combine evidence-based wellness therapies, longevity practices, hospitality, and beautifully designed spaces to create experiences that help people leave feeling better than when they arrived.

Every interaction matters. Every conversation shapes the guest experience. Every team member helps define our brand.

We're looking for extraordinary people who naturally create connections, anticipate needs before they're spoken, and genuinely care about helping others feel their best.

THE OPPORTUNITY

At Remedy Place, our Guest Experience Advisors are the face of the club. This is a high-energy, guest-facing role for someone who loves luxury hospitality, wellness, relationship-building, and thoughtful membership sales. You will welcome guests, lead personalized tours, educate people on our services, recommend memberships and packages, and help create the kind of experience guests remember long after they leave.

You help guests understand the purpose, benefits, and science behind our services, guide them through the club with confidence, and recommend experiences, memberships, and packages that align with their goals, lifestyle, and self-care routines.

You understand that exceptional hospitality is not simply answering questions. It is anticipating needs, making people feel genuinely seen, and creating moments guests remember long after they leave. You are available to work weekends.

Whether introducing someone to contrast therapy for the first time, welcoming a long-time member by name, leading a thoughtful tour, or helping a guest build a more consistent self-care routine, your goal is always the same:

Leave every guest feeling better than when they arrived.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Deliver Exceptional Hospitality

  • Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm
  • Create memorable first and last impressions at every visit
  • Manage reservations, arrivals, departures, and scheduling with precision
  • Lead personalized tours that bring the Remedy Place experience to life
  • Build authentic relationships with members and guests through thoughtful, personalized service
  • Communicate confidently and professionally in person, by phone, text, and email
  • Resolve guest concerns with empathy, confidence, and sound judgment

Guide the Guest Experience

  • Learn the science, purpose, and benefits of every Remedy Place offering through ongoing education
  • Help guests discover services that align with their wellness goals
  • Confidently explain memberships, treatments, retail offerings, and club experiences within your training and scope
  • Stay curious about emerging trends in recovery, longevity, and holistic wellness
  • Inspire confidence without ever practicing outside your expertise

Drive Membership Growth

Our approach to sales is built on trust, not pressure.

You will:

  • Build meaningful relationships that naturally lead to membership and service recommendations
  • Listen first and recommend thoughtfully
  • Educate rather than persuade
  • Help guests discover the value of becoming part of the Remedy Place community
  • Contribute to club goals through memberships, services, retail, and food & beverage

Support Club Operations

  • Maintain impeccable club presentation and cleanliness
  • Partner closely with practitioners and club leadership to create seamless guest experiences
  • Prepare treatment areas and support service transitions
  • Assist with events, workshops, and community experiences
  • Receive deliveries, replenish inventory, and maintain operational standards
  • Jump in wherever needed. No task is beneath you if it improves the guest experience

WHO YOU ARE

We're looking for someone who brings either exceptional luxury hospitality experience, deep wellness knowledge, or ideally both.

You naturally...

  • Bring warmth, confidence, and positive energy to every guest interaction
  • Are highly engaging and comfortable building relationships with new people
  • Truly care about helping others feel better
  • Have a genuine…
