** Executive Meeting Manager** , you're not just securing and coordinating group event bookings - you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

** Drive group sales:
** Respond to incoming inquiries and secure sales for meetings and group accommodations of 10-50 rooms, including meeting space, food & beverage, and ancillary services

** Generate new leads:
** Prospect, qualify, and convert new business opportunities through outbound efforts, proposal writing, and tailored sales strategies

+  
** Promote the property:
** Conduct engaging site inspections and hotel tours, highlighting key spaces and services that align with client needs

** Negotiate and close contracts:
** Use discretion and authority to negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with clients and vendors

** Manage client relationships:
** Serve as the primary point of contact from contract to event execution, coordinating group details including room blocks, F&B, billing, performance clauses, and affiliate revenue opportunities

** Manage event documentation:
** Prepare and distribute key documents-including group resumes, Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), post-event reports, and pick-up reports-to internal stakeholders and clients to ensure clarity and alignment throughout the planning process

** Collaborate across teams:
** Partner with Operations, Catering, and Revenue teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service
