As General Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day operation and overall performance of the business, overseeing the hotel, restaurant, bar and events operations. • Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team across all departments.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and consistently high service standards.

You’ll be an experienced hospitality leader with:

• Previous experience as a General Manager or Senior Operations Manager within hotels or quality hospitality venues.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, P&L and driving profitability.
• A proven track record of delivering operational excellence and business growth.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a passion for developing and mentoring teams.
• A hands‑on, visible management style with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• The ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
