Room Service Manager

Four Seasons - 1 Dalton Street - Responsibilities:
Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the Room Service Department to ensure standards are met.;
Collaborate with Director of Food & Beverage and Executive Sous Chef to design effective menu and amenity options while ensuring product quality and fair pricing.;
Oversee 24-hour in-room dining and in-room private bar services and maintain quality across all room service operations.;
Attend regular operational meetings to ensure coordination and cooperation between departments.;
Control labor and operating expenses through scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory and cash control.
