Highgate Hotels, LP is seeking a Front of House Service Attendant to join The Atlas Hotel in Boston. Your role will be to provide guests with a warm welcome, assist with luggage, and ensure their overall satisfaction during their stay at this innovative new hotel.
You will engage with guests, assist with the check-in/check-out process, and maintain the cleanliness of the lobby. A High School diploma and customer service experience are preferred. This role requires effective communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
