Supervise the Guest Services team and assist the Guest Services Manager and Assistant Guest Services Manager;
Oversee check-in and check-out processes to ensure friendly, efficient service;
Monitor VIP and special guest requests and ensure timely responsiveness;
Maintain accurate logging and messaging delivery, and manage communications with other hotel departments;
Uphold hotel policies and ensure proper cash handling and house bank procedures
