We empower our team to surprise and delight guests in thoughtful, memorable ways. For many travelers, The Lenox becomes their home in Boston, and our colleagues are at the heart of that experience.

We are seeking a Full-Time Guest Specialist/Night Auditor to join our Front Office team. Candidates with availability to work two overnight shifts (11pm-7am) and three other shifts are encouraged to apply.

  • Create a welcoming, sophisticated, and engaging lobby environment
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively resolve questions or concerns
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations on hotel amenities, services, and our three on‑site restaurants
  • Build rapport with returning guests and personalize service whenever possible

  • Accurately process reservations, room assignments, billing, and payment transactions
  • Maintain organized front desk operations and clear communication across shifts
  • Collaborate closely with housekeeping, security, and restaurant teams to ensure seamless service
  • Assist other hotel departments as needed to support guest satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • A guest‑focused mindset with comfort interacting with a diverse public
  • Prior hospitality experience, preferably at a hotel front desk
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with OPERA is a plus
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Some college coursework preferred; bilingual skills are a plus
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours) and lift up to 25 lbs

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Affordable medical, dental, long‑and short‑term disability, and AD&D coverage
