Set up and/or break down banquet furniture and equipment as specified by group requirements;
Maintain cleanliness of banquet rooms and related areas;
Inspect equipment for damages and report issues;
Refresh room during breaks and replenish supplies;
Lead and delegate tasks to the housemen team during shifts and events;
Coordinate with management and clients to adjust setups as needed;
Analyze diagrams and BEO requirements to ensure accurate setups;
Pass information to the next shift and be the main contact for management radio calls
