Beverage Manager

At La Petite Maison (LPM), we are known for our commitment to quality, consistency, and exceptional guest experience. Our Boston opening represents an exciting step forward, and we are looking for a Beverage Manager to lead and shape a best‑in‑class wine and bar programme.

This is a key leadership role with direct impact on revenue, brand positioning, and guest engagement. We are looking for someone who combines strong commercial awareness with a genuine passion for product and service excellence.

• Lead and evolve the wine and beverage programme to drive revenue and brand positioning
• Oversee bar operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and cost control
• Own beverage P&L, analysing performance and identifying growth opportunities
• Recruit, develop, and lead high‑performing teams
• Drive exceptional guest experience and upselling on the floor
• Ensure compliance, operational standards, and effective stock management
• Support marketing initiatives to increase beverage engagement and spend

• Proven experience in a senior beverage role within a high‑volume, premium restaurant
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of delivering results
• Deep knowledge of wine, spirits, and bar operations
• Natural leadership presence with the ability to inspire and develop teams
• Hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and operationally driven
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
