The Phone Ambassador
The Phone Ambassador will proactively interact with guests to provide information and assistance on all things related to the guest having an enjoyable experience at the venue.
Responsibilities- Monitor and respond to the venue’s primary phone line and email inbox, answering general venue FAQs, lost & found requests, ADA requests, VIP upgrades, Foundation Room, and general ticket info
- When deliveries arrive, contact the appropriate staff to receive the delivery
- Interact with guests at the Reception window, providing general venue information
- Check-in visitors on the visitor log and distribute lanyards
- Accept and distribute lost & found items to be held in the safe
- Uphold and enforce the venue’s policies and procedures
- Additional duties and special projects as assigned by management
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Creative thinker and problem solver
- Detail oriented, able to handle several tasks simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems quickly and work well under pressure
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy
- A strong sense of teamwork and the ability to execute programs
- Computer skill competency with an emphasis on Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Willing and able to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Position requires constant sitting
- Working environment is fast‑paced
- Position requires repetitive use of arms for answering busy phones and typing
