Mandarin Oriental Boston is seeking an On-Call Banquet Cook to join our Food and Beverage team. The role is based in Boston within the Culinary Department, supporting the planning, preparation, and production of all banquet items to meet MOHG standards.
Qualified candidates have at least 2 years in a similar role in luxury hospitality, strong knife skills, and knowledge of diverse cuisines and sanitation practices. This on-call position requires flexibility for weekends and holidays.
