Hornblower Group is seeking a Concession Associate for Boston Harbor City Cruises. The role entails supporting the Concessions Manager to operate a vessel concession stand, set up and close daily operations, and deliver exemplary customer service on board.
You will stock, maintain cleanliness, handle cashier duties, and interact with guests while following safety and appearance standards. Availability for nights, weekends, and major holidays is required.
