Seasonal Valet Attendant – Fenway Park Events (VPNE)

Position Summary

The role of the Valet Attendant is to make an exceptional first impression by engaging with our guests and customers in a positive, friendly, and upbeat manner. You will deliver the best experience possible during the upcoming baseball and concert season at the iconic Fenway Park, ensuring all vehicles are handled with safe, efficient, and premium service. Key Responsibilities

Safety First :
Keep the safety of yourself and others top of mind, operating all vehicles defensively to eliminate the potential for accidents.

Vehicle & Key Control :
Meticulously keep track of keys and vehicle locations throughout the parking garage or designated lots.

Premium Guest Service :
Welcome guests warmly using professional communication and VPNE-approved language choices.

Operational Efficiency :
Maintain a highly organized operation, helping to facilitate smooth team transitions at the end of each shift.

Professional Standards :
Look sharp, stay neatly groomed at all times on job premises, and adhere strictly to the VPNE uniform and attendance policies.

• Site Care :
  Complete light cleaning duties as assigned to keep the parking operation welcoming.

Qualifications & Core Requirements

• Experience :
  Minimum of one (1) year of dedicated professional valet experience OR two (2) years of clean professional driving experience .
• Age & Licensing :
  Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid Driver’s License in your state of residency.
• Driving Record :
  Clean driving record deemed insurable by VPNE's insurance provider (Must pass a criminal background check, RMV/MVR check, and a practical driving test).

Language Skills :
Proficient in English (both written and verbal communication).

Physical Demands & Personality Traits

• Energy & Presence :
  Possess an upbeat, friendly, and outgoing personality. Must be willing to smile during all customer interactions and go the extra mile.
• Physical Agility :
  Ability to run, hustle, and move quickly to optimize vehicle retrieval times.

Endurance :
Ability to stand for long periods of time in various weather conditions and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
