Job Details

Compensation: hourly base pay range $16-$17 per hour. Works full‑time Monday–Friday shifts. Employees may enroll in accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine benefits, and a 401k retirement savings plan (subject to eligibility). Seasonal and temporary roles are not eligible.

Summary

The Lot Attendant is responsible for accurately collecting and reconciling revenue and parking reports while providing exceptional hospitality services to all guests during their stay. When stacking is necessary, the attendant must properly park and retrieve guest vehicles, adhering to company parking policy and procedures.

Essential Functions
  • Maintains a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests, location staff, and co‑workers; acknowledges and greets guests, using the guest’s last name when appropriate.
  • Provides accurate information about the surrounding area and main attractions; protects guest confidentiality and maintains the security of customer financial and identifying information.
  • Stacks vehicles when necessary, following Towne Park standards; secures keys for stacked vehicles and promptly retrieves them, driving slowly and cautiously when delivering vehicles.
  • Collects and reconciles revenue accurately; furnishes receipts upon request; categorizes tickets for audit purposes; completes shift reports; follows bank SOPs; competes with equipment such as register, gate, POS, and credit‑card machine.
  • Obtains daily event and rate information; secures guest keys after each interaction; maintains claim checks and guest folio archives; produces guest vehicle inventory for billing.
Qualifications
  • Education:

    High school diploma or GED. Must be 18+ and pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
  • Driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to drive a manual transmission and perform parallel parking.
  • Experience:

    One to three months of related experience or training.
  • Knowledge:
    Customer service, register/computer usage.
  • Skills:

    Read/write standard English, comprehend instructions, written and oral communication; perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division with units of money, weight, volume); understand 24‑hour time, rates, and military time; maintain composure under pressure.
Working Conditions & Physical Demands

Regular walking, standing, or running; frequent stairs; repetitive motions; may lift up to 100 pounds occasionally. Work performed mainly outdoors, may involve extreme heat or cold. Some travel (up to 5%) may be required.
