Stanza Del Sigari Inc is looking for a charismatic and polished Door Attendant / Host to be the first face guests see when they walk through our doors in Boston, MA. • Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, creating a memorable first impression
• Manage door access and ensure a smooth, organized flow of guests entering the establishment
• Assist with reservations, waitlists, and seating coordination
• Communicate effectively with floor staff and management to optimize guest experience
• Maintain a professional, composed presence during busy periods and high-volume events
• Enforce establishment policies regarding entry in a courteous and respectful manner
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about the venue and its offerings

• Prior experience in hospitality, front-of-house, or guest services preferred
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Ability to remain calm, courteous, and efficient in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be 21 or older
• Ability to stand for 7 + hours
