Guest Relations Manager

What You’ll Do

As
Guest Relations Manager
, you will oversee the training, coaching, and daily operations of the hotel's guest services functions, including the
front desk, reservations, audit, and overall guest services
.

You’ll work side-by-side with the TEAM to ensure smooth daily operations while setting the tone for an outstanding guest experience. Through hands-on leadership, you’ll demonstrate what exceptional hospitality looks like and inspire your TEAM to deliver the same level of service.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead, train, coach, and support the Guest Services TEAM
  • Oversee daily front desk, reservations, audit, and guest service operations
  • Set the standard for exceptional guest service through hands-on leadership
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with TEAM members and other hotel departments
  • Work collaboratively as a TEAM contributor while also managing responsibilities independently
  • Help drive outstanding guest and TEAM member satisfaction throughout the hotel
  • Manage multiple priorities while completing quality work within established deadlines, with or without direct supervision
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of previous
    Front Office Manager experience in a branded hotel environment
  • College degree or coursework in a hospitality-related field preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Experience with hotel-specific platforms such as
    OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu, and Slack
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages preferred, with Spanish language skills considered beneficial
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High-energy, positive leadership style with the ability to motivate and influence others
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills
  • Superior interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Reliable, organized, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to perform well under pressure
  • Full availability required
    , including the ability to work varied hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
Compensation

$70,000–$75,000 annually, depending on experience

In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify their identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete the required Employment Eligibility Verification Form (Form I-9) upon hire.
