Vehicle Service Specialist

Henley, a modern American brasserie and cocktail bar in the Kimpton Aertson Hotel, seeks a Vehicle Service Specialist to ensure smooth vehicle flow and an exceptional guest arrival experience. This role safely parks and retrieves guest and company vehicles, assists with luggage, and maintains a clean, organized drive and entry area. Working closely with the host, bar, and hotel teams, you'll provide warm Southern hospitality, uphold safety and security standards, and support busy services and special events in a lively, chef-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely park, retrieve, and organize guest and company vehicles
• Greet guests and provide warm, professional hospitality on arrival and departure
• Assist with loading/unloading luggage, packages, and restaurant-related items
• Conduct basic vehicle checks and report any damage or safety concerns
• Coordinate with host, bar, and kitchen teams on timing and guest needs
• Maintain cleanliness and order of drive, entry areas, and vehicle zones
• Follow all traffic, safety, and hotel security procedures
• Handle keys, tickets, and guest information accurately and securely
• Support special events and high-volume periods with efficient vehicle flow
• Communicate clearly by radio or in-person with hotel and restaurant staff
