Responsibilities:

• Assist pastry production team, chefs, and cooks with mixing pastry products, plating cold meals such as fruit salads and pastries.
• Use knife skills for cutting and peeling fruit.
• Perform tasks in different station such as (Fruit cutting station, economy packing station, juice station, basket station, assembling and plating food etc.)
• Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations Store ingredients and food items according to food safety standards and follow the guidance of the executive or sous chef Assist kitchen staff to unload food supplies from delivery trucks
• Help to maintain a climate of smooth and friendly cooperation Other duties as assigned.

• Proactivity and self-organization
• Ability to manage through a substantial workload
• Capability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Ability to complete assigned tasks within the given time in order to meet strict deadlines
• Ability to accurately monitor wastage Flexibility (different shifts - night, weekends, holidays)
