The Columbus Hospitality Group is currently seeking a self motivated and highly organized individual to join their team as an Assistant General Manager. Candidates must have at least three years of management experience in a restaurant as well as a strong knowledge of food and wine. Responsibilities include assisting in day to day general operations and financial management, exceeding food and beverage goals, maintaining impeccable health and service standards and providing leadership to the front of house staff.
The Assistant General Manager will ensure that all guests have an exemplary experience and should have an appreciation for true hospitality. This position will also work with the Beverage Director to assist with creation of cocktails, management of wine lists, inventory and staff training.
