Prepare high quality banquet dishes under supervision of the Banquet Chef, Exec. Sous chef, and Exec. Chef;
Ensure timely and accurate preparation and plating of banquet food items based on company specifications and function contracts;
Follow established quality guidelines and function contracts for banquet service;
Assist with kitchen tasks and station setup/cleanup to support events;
Maintain safety and cleanliness standards in kitchen and banquet areas
