Catering Sales Manager - Fenway Park

The Catering Sales Manager, Fenway Park, is responsible for coordinating food and beverage arrangements for game-day and special events. Partner with Culinary, Catering, and other cross-functional teams to support successful event execution and client satisfaction. Manage event bookings and details while cultivating new business opportunities and supporting sales initiatives to drive revenue growth.

Compensation:
The salaried rate for this position is $65,000.00 to $75,000.00. Benefits:

Job Responsibilities:

• Greets and services all events to ensure client satisfaction.
• Follows up with all clients through phone calls, emails, and site tours to secure contracts and ensure customer happiness.
• Generates contracts, updates client files, secures payments and creates banquet event orders for each client to review.
• Participates in special projects as needed.
• Partners with the culinary and pastry teams to create customized menus to fit client's needs.
• Monitors event execution to ensure timelines are met and operations run smoothly.
• Attends and facilitates daily and weekly departmental meetings to review operations, priorities, and events.
• Follows Aramark policies and procedures and safety and sanitation policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years previous experience in Banquet/Catering Sales or related field.
• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, hospitality or related field.
• Possesses strong interpersonal skills, the ability to maintain composure, and the ability to make quick decisions.
• Requires effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Must work well independently.
• Available to work event-based hours.
• Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lb. Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
