Room Service Manager

Four Seasons -  - Responsibilities:
Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the Hotel’s Room Service Department to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met;
Describe and ensure quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods, as well as knowledge of wine and spirits;
Work with Director of Food & Beverage and Executive Sous Chef to design menu and amenity options;
Attend regular operational meetings to ensure coordination between departments;
Control labor and operating expenses through scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, and inventory control
