Hebrew Senior Life seeks Host Staff to welcome residents, families, and visitors in a warm, respectful environment. In this role, you'll manage seating and flow in dining and common areas, coordinate with nursing and dining teams, and help ensure safe, comfortable experiences for seniors. You'll provide clear information about programs and services, assist with mobility and special needs, and support events.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome residents, families, and visitors in a warm, professional manner
• Manage seating, reservations, and flow in dining and common areas to ensure a positive experience
• Escort residents to tables and assist with mobility needs as appropriate
• Communicate special needs or concerns to nursing, dining, and support staff
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe reception and dining environment
• Support meal service by coordinating with servers and dietary staff
• Provide clear information about programs, schedules, and campus services
• Assist with special events and activities, ensuring residents feel included
• Follow infection control, safety, and privacy policies at all times
• Contribute to a respectful, resident-centered culture and teamwork
