What you will have an opportunity to do:

This dual role will be partly responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals consistently, support restaurant service, banquet functions, and special events on an as needed basis. Additionally, this position will also at times handle the general maintenance, landscaping, and upkeep of our resort grounds. The successful candidate will ensure that all common areas, meeting spaces, restaurants, and swimming pools remain pristine, functional, and safe.

Primary responsibilities for the Line Cook / Groundsperson role will include but not limited to the following:

Prepare a variety of hot and cold meals according to various specifications, portion sizes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.

Set up and stock assigned station with required food items for restaurant or banquet service.

Execute a variety of cooking methods (grilling, sautéing, frying, roasting, etc.) with consistency and timeliness during high-volume periods.

Visually inspect, select, and use only the freshest, highest-quality ingredients for all preparations.
