Boston Bruins are hiring Community Relations and Youth Hockey Interns to join our team Spring 2027 at Boston Bruins in Boston, Massachusetts.

Are you an undergraduate or graduate student seeking an internship in a fast-paced, inclusive environment with real-world learning opportunities? Boston Bruins internships are paid and can be completed for academic credit. Summer internship dates typically span 10-14 weeks between:
January through June 2027.

By participating in our internship program, you will gain valuable work experience, develop your leadership capabilities, and make an impact on the business. You will discover how a global hospitality company operates and work alongside exceptional team members who exemplify our values:

All Delaware North interns participate in the Delaware North Intern Experience which includes opportunities for hybrid and in-person work, executive and peer mentoring, and on-the-job learning.

Pay $15.00 - $15.00 / hour.

What will you do?
  • Create promotional ideas and events for current and potential community relations strategies and sponsors
  • Write event recaps and maintain a comprehensive record of media clips that cover the Boston Bruins' special events
  • Assist at team signings, events, and appearances, and serve as a liaison by responding to fan requests promptly
  • Manage team-related database, including those related to donations, charities, programs, and events
  • Keep an inventory of all signed and premium items, and ensure storage units are organized
More About You
  • Current undergraduate student or pursuing a graduate degree
  • Must have a flexible schedule to work events and additional community activities when needed, and availability to come into the corporate office at least twice a week
  • Excellent copywriting skills and knowledge of the Boston Bruins, the National Hockey League, hockey culture, and hockey fans
  • Experience working with schools and children preferred
  • Previous experience playing hockey is preferred
Physical Requirements
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds and perform occasional manual labor
