Bring
- 3-5+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally within high-growth SaaS, highly technical organizations
- Proven track record of hiring top-tier technical talent with niche skill sets such as AI, Data Science, NLP and ML in competitive markets
- Highly collaborative and willing to lean in where the team needs help with a “first team” mindset
- Receptive to feedback and looking for ways to improve and sharpen skill sets
- Knows how to deeply assess technical talent - not just keywords on a resume
- Is comfortable challenging hiring managers and advocating for quality over convenience
- Operates with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and urgency
- Is curious, resourceful, and constantly looking for better ways to attract great talent
- Thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building processes that scale
