Support the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of the Firm’s inclusive recruitment, engagement, and inclusion initiatives in close collaboration with Attorney Recruiting, Marketing, and other internal and external stakeholders.

  • Assist with inclusive recruitment programs, including the Wetmore Fellowship and related initiatives, by supporting execution, evaluating effectiveness, and identifying opportunities for enhancement.
  • Plan and manage logistics for inclusive recruiting and engagement events (e.g., Affinity Program Spotlight, Wetmore Retreat, orientation sessions, and cohort programs), including materials, communications, and attendee tracking.
  • Track participation, metrics, and post-event feedback to support reporting, analysis, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate data related to law school sponsor ships, inclusive recruiting events, and candidate participation, including touchpoints, summer performance reviews, offers, and conversion outcomes.
  • Ensure internal and external inclusive recruiting websites and collateral remain accurate and current.
  • Support engagement and development programs through project management, mentor selection and assignment support, and collection of data to assess mentor effectiveness and overall program outcomes.
  • Coordinate with Attorney Recruiting, ALDG, Marketing, external consultants, speakers, vendors, and other internal stakeholders, as directed.
  • Oversee coordination of Firm-sponsored conference opportunities for attorneys, including sponsorship arrangements, portal maintenance, attendee selection, and post-conference follow-up and feedback.
  • Serve as the liaison to the Marketing team by assisting with development and editing of marketing materials, surveys, social media content, website/portal content, collateral, and award submissions related to inclusion initiatives.
  • Assist with planning and execution of inclusion-related events, including regional initiatives.
  • Prepare presentations, agendas, invitations, and related materials for meetings and events.
  • Support team operations, including document management, budgeting and expense tracking, vendor coordination, and maintenance of portals, dashboards, trackers, and databases.
  • Promote inclusion awareness across the Firm and remain current on inclusion best practices and attorney-related inclusion issues within the Firm and the broader legal community.
  • Model the Firm’s Client Service Principles and ensure compliance with confidentiality, information handling, and safety policies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of experience in recruiting, admissions, diversity, or related roles within a professional services firm, higher education institution, or equivalent environment; law firm or law school experience preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Human Resource systems, Applicant Tracking Systems, and relational databases preferred.
  • Ability to learn new systems and adapt in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
