SALARY BAND: Band 5 ($72,800 to $101,000 annual)

The Senior Recruiter will play a critical role in acquiring top talent in order to move the organization forward. The Senior Recruiter ensures a high-quality, timely, and well-documented recruitment process by driving candidate progress, supporting hiring managers, and maintaining strong talent pipelines across clinical and non-clinical roles.

The Senior Recruiter is responsible for supporting the Director of Employee Relations and Human Resources in defining and implementing an innovative recruitment strategy to ensure continuous patient care through hiring strong performers who will grow in their career paths at CRCH.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • In collaboration with the Director of Employee Relations and Human Resources, design and implement recruiting strategies, direct the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles including clinical and non-clinical positions, and lead the charge of bolstering the talent pools, partnerships, and visibility of CRCH.
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and offer processes, while advising and updating hiring managers throughout the process.
  • Support recruitment team in meeting established hiring goals, objectives, and defined metrics.
  • Ensure effective candidate communication, appropriate pre-screening of candidates, and documentation of all key variables for future hiring analysis.
  • Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
  • Follow-up on candidate’s progress and provide general assistance during the application and screening process.
  • Proactively drive candidate progress and play a pivotal role in decision-making at each stage.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to gain an understanding of comprehensive hiring needs, including job requirements, key competencies, career development plans, and role logistics.
  • Educate hiring managers about the hiring process, including action steps and timelines, and train hiring managers and recruitment staff to use relevant tools.
  • In conjunction with the Associate Director of Human Resources, identify training needs and ensure successful participation from hiring managers that align with CRCH hiring goals. Promote a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Hold hiring managers accountable for interviewing and making quick hiring decisions.
  • Serve as lead recruiter for higher-level positions.
  • Create, update, and post job descriptions, and/or delegate to other recruiters as appropriate.
  • Help manage relationships with external staffing agencies and serve as primary point of contact.
  • Maintain and establish new partnership with other staffing agencies to build relationships and promote a sense of camaraderie and connection for assist with recruiting needs.
  • Establish effective communication channels to keep hiring managers informed about company updates, referral bonuses, and career fairs.
  • Participate and engage in career fairs, workshops, and community and hiring events to source qualified candidates.
  • Design and execute innovative talent-sourcing strategies to attract top candidates, leveraging industry networking, referrals, and other targeted outreach methods, while also leveraging traditional platforms and job boards.
  • Develop, compile, and present recruitment reporting and metrics as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Director of Employee Relations and Human Resources or designee.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS, COMPETENCIES, TRAITS
