3+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WITH ADP WORKFORCE PAYROLL SYSTEM IS REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION About the Role

We’re looking for a Payroll Manager with a sharp eye for detail and hands‑on payroll experience to lead our payroll operations.

The right candidate will bring a deep understanding of payroll systems, particularly ADP Workforce
, and knowledge of ACA compliance
.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting the HR team with employee data management. You'll work closely with the HR Director to ensure payroll and HR processes are tightly aligned and efficient.

What You’ll Do
  • Oversee all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local laws
  • Review and interpret payroll data to identify issues or trends, offering strategic insights where appropriate
  • Prepare and distribute annual W-2 forms in a timely manner
  • Administer wage garnishments as required by legal orders and government agencies
  • Complete onboarding paperwork and payroll setup for all new employees
  • Coordinate with HR to maintain accurate employee records, including new hires, terminations, and employment changes
  • Monitor updates to labor and tax laws to ensure payroll practices remain compliant
  • Act as a key point of contact for restaurant managers on payroll-related questions and concerns
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of experience with ADP Workforce payroll systems is required
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret payroll data and identify variances or patterns
  • Prior exposure to ACA reporting is preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a well‑organized approach to work
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Understanding of HR procedures as they relate to payroll processing is a plus
