The HR Operations Specialist supports the efficiency, accuracy, and compliance of HR processes across the full employee life cycle. This role maintains high-integrity employee data, supports HR systems and reporting, and serves as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries.
Responsibilities- Support day-to-day HR operations across HRIS, benefits, and payroll with a focus on accuracy and compliance
- Administer and maintain employee data within HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and completeness
- Support end-to-end employee life cycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding
- Collect, verify, and audit HR and payroll-related data; prepare documentation as needed
- Perform data analysis, reporting, and audits to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Maintain and audit personnel files within HR systems
- Serve as the first point of contact for general HR inquiries, providing timely and accurate support
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 2–4 years of HR operations or HR administration experience preferred
- Working knowledge of ADP and Success Factors HRIS systems; ADP payroll experience a plus
