Description
:
We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to provide strategic HR leadership and support across our medical center. This role will act as a trusted advisor to management, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals, and driving initiatives that foster a high-performing, engaged, and collaborative workforce.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic HR guidance and long-term planning to support the medical center’s goals and objectives.
- Partner with leadership to deliver coaching, change management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that address business challenges and drive value.
- Serve as a consultant on employee relations, ensuring compliance with company policies and state/federal laws.
- Partner with Staffing to attract and retain top talent, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Collaborate with Organizational Development to implement career development tools and programs.
- Support restructuring, reorganization, and talent planning initiatives to strengthen the organization.
- Manage company wide HR programs, including merit review and bonus cycles.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practices in HR, with an emphasis on healthcare.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- SPHR certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in HR business partnering, with demonstrated experience in organizational development for large organizations or business units. Hospital experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR functional areas, and basic labor relations.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and change management skills.
- Strong ability to influence and communicate with all levels of management and diverse employee populations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook) and web-based tools.
