Responsibilities
- Senior Payroll Analyst will oversee and support U.S. payroll operations only
- Work in a team-oriented environment with shared payroll responsibilities
- Demonstrate flexibility and comfort with overlapping job duties
- Provide strong customer service with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Take initiative while supporting team priorities
- Validate pay-related information including timecards, vacation requests, direct deposits, and tax changes
- Enter and validate payroll data in ADP Payroll and Oracle Time and Labor
- Pull extract files from Oracle HCM for upload into ADP Payroll
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve payroll issues
- As a Senior Payroll Analyst, you will process payroll corrections and adjustments as needed
- Maintain payroll files for audit purposes, including time‑off forms, tax forms, direct deposit forms, and bi‑weekly reports
- Ensure payroll records comply with company policies and procedures
- Support internal audits through accurate and organized payroll documentation
- Document payroll processes and create/update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality
- Communicate clearly and effectively with employees and internal partners
- Must have large Payroll system experience, minimum of 5 years of payroll experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be professional and have the ability to work with all levels of staff
- Multi State Biweekly Full Cycle Processing
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
