Overview

We are seeking a Compensation Senior/Manager to support the design, execution, and administration of competitive compensation programs across a global organization. This role partners closely with HR, Finance, and business leaders to drive data-informed pay decisions that align with business strategy and performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support compensation strategy, including base salary, bonus, and long-term incentive design.
  • Lead annual and mid-year compensation review cycles, including modeling, analysis, and reporting.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and compensation expense analysis.
  • Develop executive-ready reporting and present data-driven recommendations to leadership.
  • Maintain data integrity within compensation systems and improve processes through technology and automation.
  • Provide guidance on offers, promotions, and pay decisions; respond to compensation-related inquiries with discretion.
  • Mentor junior team members and collaborate cross-functionally across HR and business teams.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certification a plus.
  • 5–10+ years of progressive experience in Compensation, Finance, or an analytics-driven HR function.
  • Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience supporting incentive programs and compensation planning cycles.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear insights.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday) preferred.
