The Bridgespan Group is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing Recruiting team. This role will primarily support campus recruiting for Advisory hiring at the Associate Consultant (post-undergraduate) and Consultant (post-graduate) levels, while also providing ad hoc support for Core Services hiring across our internal teams.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented professional who is excited to contribute to a high-performing, process-driven HR and Recruiting function. This position offers exposure to professional services and the non profile sector while in an operational role.
Key Responsibilities Campus Recruiting (Advisory Roles)- Coordinate virtual and in-person campus presentations and recruiting events
- Track recruiting activity and manage timelines across multiple schools
- Facilitate the application and resume review process
- Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications
- Gather and compile interviewer feedback; support reporting and data analysis
- Build and maintain relationships with Career Services offices and student organizations
- Maintain recruiting data in the Applicant Tracking System (Taleo) and contribute to year-end reporting
- Support sourcing efforts through internal databases, job boards, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens
- Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics
- Manage relationships with external recruiting firms
- Partner with internal teams on recruitment marketing (social media, career website updates, job postings)
- Coordinate Bridgespan’s mock interview program
- Support conferences and pipeline partner events (e.g., CGSM, MLT), including logistics, marketing, and on-site/virtual execution
- Contribute to recruiting process improvements with an equity lens
- Support ad hoc recruiting initiatives across functions
- 1–2 years of recruiting experience required; campus recruiting preferred
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ideally Taleo
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace; ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-service orientation and commitment to continuous improvement
