People DirectorThe People Director is a creative, passionate, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in building connections. You will be an integral part of strengthening the Racepoint community and impacting employee engagement. You will work closely with the people and leadership team to develop and implement practices, programs, and policies focused on creating the most rewarding place for our employees.
LEADING THE PEOPLE TEAM, DELIVERING OUR PROMISES TO RACEPOINT TALENT:- Lead and manage the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Serve as the lead HR partner for employees across all locations, ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies, including job postings, interviews, and offer negotiations, with the HR support team.
- Lead learning & development initiatives, including interview training, goal setting, and career development programs.
- Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, salary assessments, promotions, and employee relations.
- Foster a positive workplace culture, promoting teamwork, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Manage our online handbooks and best practices.
- Shape our internal community and strengthen Racer connection via events, live gatherings to virtual meetups.
- Support our all-employee live summer summit logistics and social activities, including the award celebration.
- Manage an annual wellness program, encompassing physical, financial, and emotional wellness.
- 10+ years of HR generalist experience, ideally in a multi-location, hybrid work environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employment laws, and talent management best practices.
- Ability to work independently as the lead HR resource, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive employee matters.
- Proficiency in HR systems, Excel, and PowerPoint.
We are only considering candidates currently based in the Boston area. This role requires in-office presence two days per week
—Wednesdays plus one additional day. These expectations may evolve over time.
