Position Title: HR Administration or Operations

Rate Expectation: 42 hr on W2

Key Responsibilities
  • HRIS & Data Management: Maintain employee data integrity within HR Information Systems (e.g., Workday), including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and organizational changes.
  • Onboarding & Lifecycle Support: Execute end-to-end onboarding, including document collection, background checks, and system setup to ensure a seamless new-hire experience.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure HR practices adhere to local, state, and federal labor laws. Generate HR metrics, dashboards, and headcount reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Employee Support (First Point of Contact): Act as the main point of contact for employee and manager inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and systems.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies, contributing to improved HR workflows and service delivery.
  • Benefits & Payroll Administration: Assist with payroll data auditing, benefit enrollment, and leave management.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in HR Administration or Operations.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday, Success Factors) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, high level of integrity in handling confidential information, and excellent communication skills.
  • Industry Context: Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations is often preferred.
