Candidates will be responsible for the new hire on boarding, starting with job offer letters through their first few months on site. On boarding thousands of new employees due to recent acquisition.
Will be responsible to visit several locations in greater Boston.
- Work with HR Leadership to refine the on boarding experience for employees
- Schedule new hire orientation including compliance and documentation
- Work cross functionally with different levels of the organization and collaborate with necessary departments
- Must be familiar with new hire documents, i.e. payroll forms, direct deposit, I-9, verifying IDs
- Entering Background check and CORI forms electronically
- Workday experience preferred not required
- Meet with new hires (via phone, video conference or in person) to walk them through the new hire experience:
- Manage all paperwork and compliance including background checks, medical paperwork, etc
- Work with hiring manager for new hire’s schedule including required meetings.
- BS in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar field
- 2+ years of professional experience including HR responsibilities
- Strong organization and communication skills
