Qualifications

• Previous human resources or administrative experience required
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Able to multitask and work well in a fast‑paced environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR systems preferred
• Professional, compassionate, and team‑oriented attitude
• Healthcare or home care experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation
• Maintain accurate and organized employee records and documentation
• Support scheduling, staff coordination, and HR compliance processes
• Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and support needs
• Help foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement
• Support management with HR‑related projects and administrative tasks
