Job Description

This is a business‑focused implementation role centered on managing the project, aligning partners, and delivering a strong user experience rather than performing technical build work. The ideal hire will function as the link between HR, TA, external vendors, and technical groups to ensure the tools are deployed correctly, embraced by users, and supportive of broader business goals.

Responsibilities
  • Leadthefulllifecycleofintegrating Paradoxand Hired Scorewith Workday ,coveringplanning,execution,launch,andpost‑go‑livestabilization.
  • ActasthecentralpointofcoordinationbetweenHR,Talent Acquisition,HRISteams,andexternalvendorpartners.
  • Representtheend‑userperspectivebyreviewingworkflows,identifying issues,andconfirmingthatthesolutionsoperateeffectivelyinday‑to‑dayuse.
  • Overseeprojectschedules,key milestones,anddeliverableswhilekeepingmultipleteamsandworkstreamsaligned.
  • Partnercloselywithtechnicalteamstosupport Workdayintegrations,ensuringbusinessrequirementsforAPI‑basedconnectionsareclearlydefinedanddelivered.
  • Leaduseracceptancetestingefforts,includingtestdesign,oversightofexecution,andresolutionofdefects.
  • Anticipaterisksandaddresschallengesrelatedtoprocessflows,datamovement,anduserexperience.
  • Contributetochangemanagementactivitiessuchascommunicationplanning,training support,anddrivingstakeholderadoption.
  • Translatebusinessneedsintoactionablerequirementsfortechnicalteamsandvendorpartners.
  • Ensure the work aligns with the broader HR technology roadmap and fits seamlessly within the existing HRIS landscape.
Required Skills
  • Brings 5–10+ years of experience working with HR technology rollouts, HRIS platforms, or Talent Acquisition systems.
  • Has supported Workday integrations or implementations and understands how Workday data structures and APIs operate.
  • Experience with platforms like Paradox, Hired Score, or other AI‑enabled recruiting technologies is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrates strong project management skills, including coordinating timelines, managing cross‑functional partners, and balancing multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable operating from the business/user perspective to ensure solutions meet real operational requirements.
  • Has hands‑on involvement in User Acceptance Testing and post‑go‑live stabilization efforts.
  • Possesses a solid grasp of HRIS frameworks and Talent Acquisition processes.
  • Communicates effectively with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Background working in large, complex organizations—especially within pharma or biotech—is a plus.
