Position SummaryThe Manager of Talent Acquisition leads recruitment strategy and operations for specialized roles. This role oversees a team of seven recruiters, supported by sourcing and administrative partners, and serves as a key operational leader within the Talent Acquisition function. The position requires a balance of strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and strong interpersonal judgment to effectively partner with business and operational leaders in a complex, high-demand environment.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment Leadership & Operations- Lead day-to-day recruiting operations for specialized roles, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and quality of outcomes
- Manage and develop a team of recruiters, driving accountability and performance
- Optimize recruiting workflows, processes, and tools to improve speed and candidate experience
- Partner cross-functionally with sourcing and coordination teams to streamline delivery
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business and operational leaders on hiring strategy and workforce planning
- Provide guidance and constructive challenge to stakeholders to align hiring outcomes with organizational needs
- Contribute to broader Talent Acquisition strategy and execution as a key member of the leadership team
- Leverage data and analytics to inform recruiting strategy and decision-making
- Develop and maintain reporting and dashboards that provide actionable insights
- Analyze trends, identify risks, and recommend solutions to improve hiring outcomes
- Apply workforce and financial data to support planning and forecasting
- Drive continuous improvement across recruiting processes, systems, and tools
- Explore and implement new technologies, including AI, to enhance recruiting effectiveness
- Support enterprise initiatives and system enhancements (e.g., ERP/HRIS implementations such as Workday)
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering accountability and continuous learning
- Build a collaborative, solutions-oriented team environment
- Navigate complex stakeholder dynamics with professionalism and sound judgment
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities while maintaining strong relationships and credibility
