Responsibilities- Full Cycle Recruiting:
Job posting, screening, coordinating interviews, preparing and sending offers, reference & background checks- Maintaining and updating Job Description s & Job Profiles
- Owning (the ATS)
- Onboard new hires
- Learning & Development:
Manage the Matter U program, develop professional development programs for managers and company‑wide trainings, and required trainings - Time & Attendance:
Support Finance in timesheet compliance and Click Up time tracking adoption and enforcement - Internal Communications:
Own the Matter Minute, our monthly internal newsletter, and other agency communications - Own and manage the Internship program
- Own and manage the New Hire Buddy program
- Own and manage the Mentor program
- Help support the various ERGs & Committees, particularly the Helping Hands Committee
- Assist with maintaining a strong employee culture across all offices
- Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant business experience
- 2-3+ years of HR and/or Talent Acquisition experience, understanding general HR policies and procedures
- Agency experience a plus
- General knowledge of various employment laws
- Handling of confidential information with tact and professionalism is required
- Attention to detail is crucial
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment with all levels of an organization
- Able to multi‑task, shift priorities with no notice and perform well under pressure while meeting deadlines
- Strong organization, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as with cross‑functional teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, HRIS platforms and ATS systems preferred

Pay range $60,000–$75,000 based on experience.
