We are currently looking for an Associate Manager specializing in Benefits to support our leaves, accommodations, and benefits programs. This essential role ensures employees receive the support they need and keeps our benefits competitive, equitable, and aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate has strong experience in leaves, accommodations, benefits administration, compliance regulations, and analytical and communication skills.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with PPC peers and engage with employees at all levels. By focusing on LOA and benefits administration, you will help enhance the overall experience for nearly 5,000 colleagues across the United States, Canada, and Brazil.

Core Responsibilities
  • Administer employee leave program, including FMLA and statutory leaves, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Work directly with employees, third‑party vendors, and internal teams to facilitate workplace accommodations.
  • Support the administration of health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Collaborate with external partners such as Aetna, WTW, Fidelity, and Delta Dental to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline benefits processes and propose innovative solutions.
  • Assist in the annual Benefits Open Enrollment process in Workday and contribute to communication efforts.
  • Assist in compliance activities related to benefits, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records and data related to leaves, accommodations, and benefits.
What You Bring
  • Experience in benefits administration focused on employee leave and accommodations.
  • Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Excel for data management and process improvements.
  • Knowledge of U.S. laws governing employee benefits and accommodations; familiarity with Canadian and/or Brazilian benefits is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with employees, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills for complex leave and accommodation cases.
  • Proven organizational skills to prioritize and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and a results‑oriented mindset for accurate benefits administration.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Additional Information
  • No relocation assistance is offered.
  • The role is based at the Boston HUB (1001 Boylston Street) with a hybrid schedule of 3 days in office/2 days at home weekly.
Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from $96,326.00 to $, based on responsibilities, market benchmarks, and corporate constraints. Full remuneration details, including benefits, will be communicated in the offer.
