About this roleThe HR Associate plays a key role on Bridgespan’s People & Culture (P&C) team, providing administrative and operational support across a broad range of HR priorities. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate employee data and records, supporting core HR processes, and helping administer employee programs and initiatives, including the global performance review process, coaching programs, and service awards.
Responsibilities- Initiate onboarding process for U.S. based new hires and support a smooth employee experience.
- Coordinate internal communications related to new hire start dates.
- Support the I-9 process for U.S. employees, including completion, compliance tracking, and audit support.
- Identify and share themes from new hire feedback to help improve onboarding and the overall employee experience.
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate employee data and records across Bridgespan’s systems (e.g., Workday, UKG, Lattice).
- Support Bridgespan’s People Supports process, helping ensure U.S. based new hires have a dedicated network of supporters.
- Provide administrative and project support for Bridgespan’s global performance review process.
- Manage employment verification requests in a timely manner.
- Assist with the administration and coordination of Bridgespan’s coaching program.
- Manage the service awards program by tracking eligibility, coordinating milestone celebrations, and assisting with award ordering and distribution.
- Contribute to additional HR projects and administrative support, as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 1–3 years of HR experience required.
- Strong attention to detail with consistent follow through and accuracy.
- Demonstrates ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build strong working relationships.
- Comfort with data entry, record management, and HR systems or related technology platforms.
- Service oriented approach with a strong commitment to supporting employees and organizational processes.
- Experience with Workday preferred.
Work Arrangement: This position is hybrid, with some in‑office expectations within our Boston office to be defined with the team.
